Full Day: (more than 4 hrs) $80
Half Day: (4 hrs or less) $55
Includes continental breakfast (if attending early in day), full hot meal at noon, afternoon snacks, beverages throughout the day, and all supplies required for daily activities.

Fees must be paid in advance for the next month.

ESSE Adult Day Care Centers are open Monday through Friday (please see locations for specific hours). 

For qualified applicants, financial assistance is available through the State of Illinois Community Care Program (CCP). DuPage County Human Services located in Wheaton determines if individuals qualify. An ESSE Program Manager can provide contact information for you.

If your loved one has a "Long Term Care" insurance policy, check the policy for coverage for Adult Day Care services.
