REHABILITATION SERVICES
The RehabCare Group will be available to furnish a full range of speech-language pathology, physical therapy, and occupational therapy services (“Rehabilitation Services”) to participants at our centers. Contact the Program Manager at one of our centers for information.
GERIATRIC ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT
Arshea Siddiqui, MD is on staff at Adventist Glen Oaks Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital and coordinates patient care through IPC Hospitalists at Central DuPage Hospital. Dr Siddiqui will provide a comprehensive Geriatric Assessment and Management of our participant’s physical, psychological and social needs at our centers.
PODIATRIST VISIT
Approximately every two months Dr. Scott A. Zimmerman, DPM, visits each ESSE site.
Inform an ESSE staff member if you would like Dr. Zimmerman to examine your loved one.
Caregivers-this is a convenient way to ensure necessary, routine foot care and to be examined for other foot related problems
(Dr. Zimmerman accepts Medicare and supplemental insurance)
Older Adults often have difficulty caring for their feet and recognizing problems. Dr. Zimmerman helps keep feet healthy by trimming nails, treating corns and calluses, bunions and any other minor or serious problems of the foot.

3rd Thursday of every month
3:00-4:30 pm
Anyone in the community may attend.
